You can buy exchange traded funds or ishares such as FXI..return last year was 80% but it isn't doing well this year...at -2% or so...

Google Mathew China Fund...that fund is very hot also...

The Chinese market is over heating..They have a major stock market bubble right now..Just be patient and wait a bit before you jump in..

Im pretty sure the oracle of omaha also has a large stake in ptr.

I've been looking at oil stocks too. This one along with XOM. It seems as though oil stocks are too high though. I mean PTR went from 18 in 2003 to 130 now. XOM went from 35 in 2003 to 83 now.

FXI has been the best over time. There ae about 35 chinese ADR,s coming to the u.s. market in the next 6 months or so. One might look at BIDU which is the chinese google. price around 125 or so. As usual I cant make reccomendations but the above are justthoughts. heart222
